The Diamond Crest Equipment is used specifically for Girl Scout functions. These can involve (but are not limited to) functions that Diamond Crest troops attend.
- Any Girl Scout leader within the Diamond Crest Association has access to the equipment.
- The leader contacts the shed manager and sets up an appointment to go to the shed to obtain items needed for the specific function.
- The shed is normally located at Tierra Linda School except for two weeks during the summer for Diamond Crest Girl Scout Day Camp.
- The events the shed equipment is used for include Camporee, Rally Day, Volunteer Dinner, individual camping trips, etc.
- The items in the shed are organized by bins, but there is no written inventory. These items include the following:
- Cooking sheets of various sizes
- Frying pans of various sizes
- Cooking pots (some with lids) of various sizes
- Ice cream makers
- Bowls of various sizes
- Pitchers for drinks
- Buckets to wash dishes
- Can openers
- Cutting knives
- Cooking ladles
- Serving ladles
- Spatulas
- Cheese graters
- Vegetable peelers
- Griddles
- Dutch oven
- Various utensils
- Tongs
- Punch bowl
- Tea Service
