The Diamond Crest Equipment is used specifically for Girl Scout functions. These can involve (but are not limited to) functions that Diamond Crest troops attend.

  • Any Girl Scout leader within the Diamond Crest Association has access to the equipment.
  • The leader contacts the shed manager and sets up an appointment to go to the shed to obtain items needed for the specific function.
  • The shed is normally located at Tierra Linda School except for two weeks during the summer for Diamond Crest Girl Scout Day Camp.
  • The events the shed equipment is used for include Camporee, Rally Day, Volunteer Dinner, individual camping trips, etc.
  • The items in the shed are organized by bins, but there is no written inventory. These items include the following:
    • Cooking sheets of various sizes
    • Frying pans of various sizes
    • Cooking pots (some with lids) of various sizes
    • Ice cream makers
    • Bowls of various sizes
    • Pitchers for drinks
    • Buckets to wash dishes
    • Can openers
    • Cutting knives
    • Cooking ladles
    • Serving ladles
    • Spatulas
    • Cheese graters
    • Vegetable peelers
    • Griddles
    • Dutch oven
    • Various utensils
    • Tongs
    • Punch bowl
    • Tea Service
